Resolutions

Posted by Sacha Alagich on

As we head into the new year, there is nothing better than keeping up with good behaviours and also adopting some that you have been considering for a while. Here are some ideas to adopt, in order to nourish the body and the soul...

SIT LESS MOVE MORE
Inactivity can be a problem. Movement can be so good making you feel mobile, flexible and alive. So make a promise to yourself to sit a little less and move a bit more, it will work wonders

SPEND TIME OUTSIDE
Taking a walk, enjoying a sunbathe at the beach or staring at the sky lying on a lush piece of grass. Sometimes there is nothing better than a breath of fresh air

GET QUALITY SLEEP
Sleep is an important factor to function each day. Many reasons may affect our quality of sleep each night so be sure to plan your day and your bedtime routine to ensure a goods night sleep

EAT MORE WHOLE FOODS
We all know vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts contain so many amazing vitamins and nutrients to help the body work at it's best. Snacking on your favourite fruit or vegetables is a great way to add additional whole foods to your diet

FIND A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Whether it's an activity that you love doing every day, an activity you haven't participated in for a long time or maybe trying a new physical activity you have never tried before.

Making a new years resolution can sometimes open up opportunities to try something new
